Damadamm Bollywood Movie Review
A routine tale, the story begins with Sameer (himesh) who has a smooth life going. However, his only hiccup is his over possessive girlfriend Shikha (purbi). Also, she tends to nag a lot. As expected, Sameer starts feeling suffocated in the relationship. Added to the woes, Sameer finds himself getting attracted to Sanjana (sonal sehgal) who happens to be the sister of Sameer’s boss (rajesh khattar). The story takes a turn when Sameer gets close to Sanjana but at the same time, Shikha returns from her hometown. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Damadamm Hindi Cinema Review
The director has come up with a predictable storyline and while the presentation was alright, the narrative was routine. The dialogues were okay. The script was written alright and the screenplay was not upto the mark. Background score was good and three songs were foot tapping. Cinematography was appealing. Locations were good for songs. Editing was crispy but it was required during the second half. Costumes were natural while the art department was suiting the moods. Himesh has come up with a good performance so it was okay. Purbi Joshi is the real showstealer with her energetic performance. Sonal Sehgal was looking sensuous and seductive. Rajesh Khattar was good. Ashwin Dhar was apt. Lily Patel was adequate.
Damadamm Filem Review
As such, the film comes up with a regular formula storyline and the maker also has not tried to experiment anywhere. While the first half progresses with smoothness, it is the second half which takes the hit. There are too many songs and some of the best songs are there at unwanted situations. Also, the Déjà vu factor is high in this as many scenes looks familiar. At the box office, the film will find it hard to survive and it will require aggressive publicity.
