Story: A complicated tale, the story begins with Veronica (deepika) a wild cat who is gutsy and adventurous who meets Meera (diana). Meera is dumped by her boyfriend Kunal (randeep) and in no time both strike a chord and Meera begins to stay with Veronica. At that time comes Gautam (saif) a happy go lucky guy who has the attraction for Veronica and vice-versa. Both share a no strings attached relationship and fill it with passion. As such Meera hates Gautam and his approach in life. But the story takes a turn when both Gautam and Meera fall in love. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
 

Presentation: The director has come up with a thoughtful storyline and while the presentation was good, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were well written, the script was decent but the screenplay was engaging only at few places. Background score was excellent and three songs were worth listening. Cinematography was very good. Editing was required during the second half. Costumes were trendy and well designed while the art department was rich. Saif Ali Khan has come up with a suave performance and he fits the bill rightly. Deepika looks dazzling hot and she steals the limelight. Diana Penty played her role effectively. Boman Irani was as usual good. Dimple Kapadia was impressive. Randeep Hooda didn’t have much to show.
 

Conclusion: The subjects of triangular love and opposites attracting is an old tale so it is always important to weave such stories with a lot of finesse. While the first half takes off on a very promising note and is very absorbing, it is the second half where things begin to go down and start losing the momentum. And the climax was rather stale. Overall, this is a film which has rich production values, nice performances but the emotional quotient may not be that striking. At the box office, the openings would be high for the star power but this could become an average grosser.
