Story: A bold thought gone bad, the story is about the lives of seven couples (Ravi Kissen, Rahul Singh, Rajesh Shringapure, Sanjay Swaraj, Akshay Singh, Bobby Vats, Divya Dwivedi, Khushbhu Gupta, Puja Gupta etc). On the outside, they come across as the happiest couple around and have a sane family life. However, a closer look reveals their real personalities and how a life projected as black and white has several grey areas which can be shocking. What are those areas and how their lives go forward forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with a thought provoking storyline and while the presentation was okay, the narrative was horrendous. The dialogues were weak, the script was spineless and the screenplay was pathetic. Background score was alright and only one song was there. Cinematography was the saving grace. Editing was regular. Costumes were stylish while the art department was normal. Ravi Kissan comes up with a good act but his language should have been more understandable, that purity was not required. Rahul Singh was regular, Rajesh was alright, Sanjay Swaraj was superb, Akshay was apt. As for the ladies, Divya looks sizzling hot, Khushbu Gupta was sensuous, Puja was pretty. The others did their bit as required.

Conclusion: As such, the film created a lot of hype due to the projection that it dealt with a bold theme. More than the theme, it was like a movie filled with sex quotient. Agreed that it was looking into the psyche of couples but then such subjects require deft handling of the script and strong writing. While the first half goes about with the introduction of the characters, the second half goes about with the twists and turns. Overall, this is a film which has some visual delight for oomph lovers but content wise and execution wise, it is not great. Bharatstudent verdict: Disappointing!! |
