Aazaan Bollywood Movie Review

Story:
A different tale, the story begins with Aazaan Khan (sachin) who is half Afghan half Indian. His only aim in life is to locate his lost younger brother Aman (neet mohan) who is suspected as a terrorist. In this process, Aazaan gets into the world of espionage. His journey takes him deep into the world of spies and terror plots. His presence causes problem to Doctor (sajid hassan) who has sketched a plan to destroy India. This puts Aazaan on the line of fire and he also has his sweetheart Afreen (Candice Boucher) to protect. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Aazaan Hindi Cinema Review

Presentation:
The director has come up with a thought provoking storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was engaging at many instances. The dialogues were decent. The script was written well and the screenplay was alright. Background score was good and three of the songs were hummable. Cinematography was top notch. Locations were mesmerizing. Editing was matured but it was required during the second half. Costumes were trendy and stylish while the art department was royal. Sachin has come up with a good performance and carried this role very well. Candice looks sizzling hot and though she didn't have much in terms of performance, she made her presence felt. Arya Babbar's role was not that strong. Sajid Hassan was not used to his caliber. Sachin Khedekar was elegant. Ravi Kissen was apt. Neet Mohan was natural. The others did their bit as required.

Conclusion:
Perhaps for the first time Indian cinema has seen a movie which deals with this sort of backdrop. True to the subject, the locations chosen and production values were high. While the first half was good and had a good pace, the second half lost some momentum. But the climax was again effective. Overall, this is a film which appeals in parts. At the box office, this is a film for hardcore action lovers and espionage stuff. This will be a profit grosser.
