Story:
A film that could have been better, the story begins with the honest and kind cop Dinakar Waghmare (shreyas). His life takes a turn when due to a twist of events he loses his gun. On the other hand, there is the dreaded terrorist Janubhai (kay kay) who also goes through a series of events and his cold blooded heart changes for a reason. As fate would have it, the sequence of events continues and the paths of Dinakar and Janubhai meet. In between, there are also the beautiful TV reporter Soniya (mahi), the bar dancer Pearl (shehnaz), Sunny (vijay pandit) who contribute in their own way for the entire thing. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
The director has come up with a good storyline but then he could not narrate it to the required extent due to the poor writing. The presentation part was neat. Dialogues were witty, script was very weak, the screenplay was just average. Music was nice, cinematography was standard, editing was just about okay, costumes were realistic and the art department was natural. Shreyas Talpade did a competent job and was justified. Kay Kay Menon gave a gripping performance but his character was not etched well. Mahie looked beautiful and did her part well, Shenaz could have been better, Shiv was effective, Vijay was alright, Rakesh Bedi was hilarious, Shruti was sensible. The others did their bit as required.

Conclusion:
The film could have been a racy action entertainer with edge of the seat excitement but then the makers got diverted by including various characters and thereby losing the direction in writing. The film takes off on a good note but in no time, the flaws appear and after that the audience loses interest. Focus on protagonists was the key here and the involvement of other characters took away the flavor. Writing is the main culprit here but then there are few points of comedy. The film might not be able to survive for long.
