Story: An alright tale, the story begins with Kunal (kunal khemu) who hails from a middle class family and his wife Arzoo (amrita puri). Kunal gets a job from a famous diamond exporting firm in South Africa which is led by Zaveri (manish) and his brother (sandip). As part of the job, Kunal gets an amazing bungalow, a premium car and a lot of money as package. All that sounds like a dream come true for the young couple. However, as time passes, Kunal realizes that nothing is as clean as it seems to be and he is in the middle of few vicious elements. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Presentation: The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was strong, the narrative was good in parts. The dialogues were well written but they didn’t have the required depth. The script was effective and the screenplay had chances to improve a lot. Background score was nice and two songs were worth listening. Cinematography was top notch. Editing was decent. Costumes were trendy and appealing while the art department was impressive. Kunal has come up with a committed performance and he delivers. Amrita Puri was pretty and has a seductive charm. Manish Chaudhuri was good, Sandip was standard. Mia Uyeda was steaming hot. Karan was not used to his fullest. Teeshay was alright.

Conclusion: From the looks of it, the film tends to have a strong inspiration from the Hollywood flick The Devil’s Advocate and the backdrop has been changed slightly to give it an original look. Anyways, the film takes off on a promising note and progresses briskly till the interval. However, it is the second half which disappoints. From a fast moving thriller, it suddenly becomes a routine masala treat with not much credibility. Overall, this is a film which is good in parts and has sound technical and production values. At the box office, the film will just scrape through as average grosser.
