Skoda Rapid the stylish, sheer luxurious, spacious, fuel efficient sedan from Skoda. The sedan comes in both 1.6 L petrol as well as diesel variants with powerful engines.  The Indian price for the petrol version will be around 7 Lakhs and for diesel version will be 8 Lakhs. The attractive car is spacious enough for five seating capacity.

The petrol variant will have an elective option for the six-speed automatic gearbox, while the diesel variant has a five-speed manual gearbox along with the standard five speed manual gearbox for both. The petrol variant delivers maximum power of 105 Bhp-160 Nm and diesel generates maximum power of 105 Bhp-250 Nm.

The interiors of the high class designing Skoda Rapid are comfortable and outstanding. It sports a light and dark beige colored dash board together with the 4-spoke steering wheel. The front seats are well cushioned, while the back seats will come with foldable arm rest along with height adjustable headrests with AC vents positioned at correct angle in the front. Furthermore, it also features a telescopic adjustable steering wheel, dual tone leather, well lit instrument panel, drive assist, centralized console, 2-DIN music system with AUX-in and USB port, automatic climate controls system, remote central locking, huge leg space and headroom.

The exteriors look sturdy and solid. The exclusive addition is a new pouted design bonnet accompanied with big fog lamps and front bumper slots in the air dams, placed low and wide. The exemplary nose along with widely stretched headlamps make car looks more amiable. The chrome band is present across the centre grille with the symbolic Skoda slats colored in black positioned just beneath the band. . The rear bumper is much cleaner and elegant adding beauty to the car. The sedan runs on five-spoke alloy wheels (185/60 R15 Apollo Acelere tyres), which makes the ride safer.
