Jabra has launched the new Jabra WAVE Bluetooth mono headset in India.  This comes with a sleek design, thinner and behind the ear for comfort wearing style and comes red in color.  There is a new A2DP functionality which adds an additional feature i.e., the users can stream music from their smart phones, mp3 players or other Bluetooth enabled devices, podcasts and directions from GPS applications etc.  

The new Jabra Wave Bluetooth is a noise canceling Bluetooth headset and offers a Voice Guidance function which can communicate with the users to inform them about the status of the battery, caller IDs and also facilitates pairing devices.  There is also a multi-use technology i.e., the Bluetooth allows to connect up to two different mobile handsets at one time.  It also features the EDR & eSCO, DSP (Digital Signal Processing) with Automatic Volume Adjustment and Acoustic Shock Protection, a 3-layer wind noise reduction for better quality sound, Jabra Comfort Eargel & Jabra Wind Sock for wind noise reduction and a HD Voice technology built for better sound experience.  

The Jabra World of Apps Portal offers voice enabled apps and a number of applications enhances the headset experience.  It consists of third-party voice-enabled software to carry out functions like sending messages, making calls, update information on social networking websites and informing about missed calls etc.  The Jabra Wave Bluetooth headset weighs around 13gms and the talk-time juices up to 6 hours while the standby time is around 8 days.

The Regional Sales Manager, South East Asia, GN Netcom, Ms. Ann Goh cited that the Jabra Wave Bluetooth headset owing its three layer wind noise reduction feature prevents wind and background noise from interfering with conversations.  She also stated that with its carefully placed microphone & HD Voice technology which enhances the sound quality dramatically, the users are able to hear other person’s voice with unbelievable clarity.  She also added that this is combined with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology, enables crystal clear audio and even outdoor elements aren’t ideal.  When this Jabra Wave is worn we can hear every word at any place without any noise.
