Following these asanas or kryoga or breathing exercises one can easily balance out the life. Perform these asanas for just 15 minutes either in the early morning hours or in the evening hours after your work for healthier life.

As you inhale, come on your toes and raise your arms over heads; interlace your fingers and raise your arms up with your palms facing upwards. Make sure you tilt your pelvis forward and tighten the buttocks. Hold your breath for two seconds and come down to the starting position. That’s one rep. Repeat for 2-3 reps.

Knee Raise: Start off by standing with closed feet and hands on your hips. As you inhale, raise both arms up and lift your right knee in front of you, towards your stomach. And as you exhale, swing your arms down and back by squatting half way down. Inhale and raise both arms over head by lifting your left knee towards the stomach. Hold for two seconds and breathe out. Repeat the same for about two to three reps.
