It is often conceived that staying physically fit is the best way to keep in good health. But then it is also important that one should have the right kind of mental health to keep himself/herself happy. So, what is it you do to keep your mind sharp. Cardio workouts also prove effective in preventing Alzheimer’s disease and it can prevent the fall of brains cells as we age. Then come the Neurobic exercises which involve intention simulation of the brain for better mental fitness and flexibility. For instance, taking shower with your eyes closed and using only the visual cues while eating are some of the classic examples. Trying stuff like breaking routine way to work and trying to approach situation with a novel way is apt. There is also the relaxation technique which has its benefits. |
