Effective tips to positive weight training routine


Weight training is something very important for any person but then using the same sort of routine tends to get you into a habit of sorts. The best way to deal with this would be by changing the weight training routine so that the strength output is good and the results are positive. The first thing to do is try for new workouts if you keep doing the same thing for a long time.

You can also team up with a friend to motivate yourself and also work on giving attention towards the neglected body parts or those areas which are weak.  For instance, if you are doing a lot of sit-ups you can shift your attention towards shoulders and back and that should bring a lot of change.

But remember that you should go for a change or a new routine only when you have spent a lot of time in old routine. You should also look at adjusting certain variables such as intensity, combination of sets, reps which brings a good change. The other important point to remember is for every eight to twelve weeks, a break of one to two weeks is necessary to recharge and energize the body. Another tip to effective weight training is by going for a personal trainer to keep track on your workout routines.

A personal trainer tends to push you to the limits and challenge your body to take new workouts. One more tip is to periodize your workout. The best way to take off is by change the order of your workout. For instance, you can start with abs and finish with leg exercises and vice versa the next day. You can also cross train your muscles by using circuit training, core classes, boot camps etc.
