Fitness with Nu Form


These are the days when it is hard to find even two hours for physical fitness. The urban lifestyle, the irregular diet and heavy pressure at work drains the brain and body out. However, a new form of fitness has arrived which consumes less time but gives you complete active energy. This is being called as Nu Form and it is heard that this takes just 20 minutes of your time once in a week.
 
This is picking up a lot in India and it actually allows a full body exercise which happens through the EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation). As part of this, low impact exercises are performed and the muscles are electro-stimulated. Those who introduced this concept say that by catering just twenty minutes a week, the body will go through complete fitness workout in that short span.
 
Through this method, the central nervous system gets constant signals and it reaches the deeper muscle layers which is hard to activate through conventional physical training. This focuses more on weight loss, improved blood circulation, improved mobility, toning of body, relief from backaches, enhanced muscle formation. Usually those who want athlete physique will find this useful.
 
Due to this electrical stimulation the training gets intense and faster than the usual weight training. The super effective workout mixed with toning results in a complete fitness. This also helps in increasing the body’s metabolism and strengthens the core muscles. This form of workout is ideal for people who have physical ailments, have less time, don’t like gymming etc.
